Drawing Celtic Knots

So this is a tutorial that I wrote quite a while ago but thought it might be appreciated here as well!

I have lost the original file due to a harddrive crash, therefore this is a copy of the version I have up at Elfwood. The links in this one don't work and I apologise for that. They do work in the original issue so if you want to try those, go here or simply retype them.
