Sure I have a chlorine addiction but there are worse addictions to nurture! Right now I'm coming down from a high and remembering I have a body. At least it still knows what I expect from it.

I feel priveledged to be able to reach a state of flow through music, art and sports, and possibly while reading a book... the choices I have to put some distance between this world and the others are boundless!

However this time they are all equal and I'm not overdoing one of them like I used to... so maybe they will balance each other out, feed off each other and eventually all become the better for it.
